JULY 27TH TO JULY 29TH, 2012 Barrie ON.
This is our first independent, stand alone Toller Specialty and we would like to make it fun, exciting and reasonable for all Toller owners and fanciers to take part in events as a participant, a spectator or some of both. Toller owners that don't wish to enter events can still take part in the fun games, races, bar-b-que, raffles and demos of Tollers doing things they love with their owners.
Friday July 27th, 2012 starts off with WC/I/X Retrieving Tests at Ebeneiser Kennels north east of Barrie. There is overnight camping and plenty of parking and good areas to watch the dogs retrieving and doing what they love best. There will be a bar-b-que, a raffle and presentation of rosettes on completion of the tests. These tests are for all dog breeds eligible to enter under CKC Working Certificate Test rules.
The following events are for Tollers only:
There is free parking and overnight camping at the Centre. Hydro is available from the Red Barn and there is access to the washrooms all weekend. Full meals are available at the Tip and Sip Cafe which will be open during all events. Sunday July 29th, 2012 starts off with Sweepstakes judging followed by the Junior Handling competition, then the Toller Specialty with prizes and trophies awarded from puppy classes to Veterans and on up to the Best of Breed Specialty winner.
